Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City, for the purpose of regulating plumbing installation and maintenance in one, two and three-family dwellings in the City, the Ohio Plumbing Code approved by the Board of Building Standards of the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations, including all future revisions or supplements to such Code. A complete copy of such Code shall be kept on file with the Clerk of Council and in the Shelby County Law Library.
