Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by the City for the purpose of regulating the construction, alteration, repair, addition and occupancy of one, two and three-family dwellings in the City, that certain building code known as the Ohio Building Officials Association (OBOA) 2004 Edition of the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, and all future revisions or supplements to RCO, save and except such portions of such Code as may be specifically deleted, modified or amended by these Code of Ordinances. The City also adopts Appendix A of the RCO Code regarding Manufactured Housing Used as Dwellings. A complete copy of such Code shall be kept on file with the Clerk of Council.
