(a) Subdivision Review Fees. Subdivision review fees shall be as follows:
Vacation/Dedication Plats $75.00
Replats
Involving Two Lots or less $75.00
Involving Three Lots or more $75.00
Preliminary Plats $50.00 plus $1.00 per lot
Preliminary Plat Reapproval $25.00
Final Plats $100.00 plus $1.00 per lot
Final Plat Construction Plans $100.00 plus $15.00 per 100 L.F. of streets
