(a) Applicability. The following regulations apply to all wireless telecommunication facilities, except for small cell facilities, located outside of the public right-of-way. Facilities located in the public right-of-way must be consistent with the standards and requirements contained in the Municipal Code Part Nine. Small cell facilities must be consistent with the standards and requirements contained in Municipal Code Chapter 909.
(b) Construction Standards Applicable to all Wireless Telecommunication Facilities. All wireless telecommunication facilities and support structures shall be certified by an engineer licensed in the State of Ohio to be structurally sound and, at a minimum, in conformance with the Ohio Basic Building Code.
