1101.18   INFRINGEMENT ON PROPERTY LINES.
   (a)   No proposed building, structure, facility, or sign shall infringe on or encroach upon an existing property line.
   (b)   A replat/vacation plat shall be required in accordance with Section 1118.05(a)(2) of the Subdivision Regulations to prevent such infringement.
