1101.16   DETERMINATION OF LAND USES NOT LISTED IN THIS ZONING CODE.
   Uses herein are listed as "Permitted" or "Conditional Uses." Those uses not listed are prohibited; provided, however, it is recognized that this Zoning Code may require interpretation to assign all possible uses to individual zones and districts. Therefore, any use which is not specifically set forth in this Zoning Code shall be reviewed by the Administrator for consistency with the intent set forth in each zone or district and for compatibility with use characteristics typical of uses permitted within such zone or district. Based upon this review, the Administrator shall determine the appropriate district for any use which is not specifically set forth herein. In case of disagreement with the determination of the Administrator in assigning a use to an appropriate zone or district, any aggrieved party may file an appeal with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
