927.03 SHELBY PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM TOKENS.

The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to sell Shelby Public Transit System tokens to governmental agencies at the full cost recovery rate as mandated by the Ohio Department of Transportation.
