927.01 DISORDERLY CONDUCT ON SHELBY PUBLIC TRANSIT SYSTEM VEHICLE.

Any passenger on a City Shelby Public Transit System vehicle or other City vehicle who commits an act of disorderly conduct as defined in Section 509.03 of the Codified Ordinances shall be ejected from such vehicle by the operator of such vehicle or the Police Department, using such force as is necessary to remove the violator.
