925.20 ENFORCEMENT.

(a) Members of the Police Department and Park Rangers shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter, all rules and regulations of the parks and all laws and ordinances of the City.

(b) Members of the Police Department and/or Park Rangers shall have the authority to order any person or persons acting in violation of this chapter to leave the park or beauty area.
