925.14 HANDBILLS.

No person in any City park or beauty area shall post, paint, affix, distribute, deliver, place, cast or leave about, any bill, billboard, placard, ticket, handbill, circular or advertisement, except those posted by the City in furtherance of the provisions of this chapter.
