(a) No person shall stop, stand or park any motor vehicle on Whipp Road except in the areas off the road which are specifically designated for this purpose.
(b) The circular-shaped road leading to and from Bertsch's Hill shall be one-way in a clockwise direction with the entrance to the west and the exit to the east. Also, the road leading to Myers Meadow shall be one-way in a counter-clockwise direction.
(c) The bridge on the road leading to and from the Milligan Glen is hereby designated to be a single-lane bridge.
