(a) No operator of a motor vehicle shall stop, stand or park such vehicle on the covered bridge (Ross Bridge) in Tawawa Park or any other bridge in any other park designed for vehicular traffic.
(b) No pedestrian shall stop, stand, congregate or loiter in, on or upon the covered bridge (Ross Bridge) in Tawawa Park or any other bridge in any City Park designed for vehicular traffic.
