921.06   CEMETERY MAUSOLEUM.
   (a)   No flowers or other decorations shall be hung, taped, glued, or wired to any crypt or niche front.
   (b)   Designated areas around the mausoleum will be reserved for memorial floral plantings by mausoleum owners only.
