919.24 STORMWATER UTILITY FUND.

All revenues generated by or on behalf of the Stormwater Management Utility, including stormwater management service charges, direct charges and interest earnings on those revenues, shall be deposited in the Stormwater Utility Fund and used exclusively for Utility purposes.
