(a) Fees. Fees for plan review, permits, construction and plan compliance inspections, as-built plan review and inspections, etc., shall be established from time to time by Council.
(b) Bonds. In order to ensure that emergency or corrective measures may be taken by the City if the stormwater management measures are not implemented according to the approved plan and schedule, a performance bond, in an amount approved by the City Engineer to be sufficient to cover the cost of the stormwater management measures, shall be required to be filed with the City Engineer. The performance bond shall authorize immediate payment to the City on certification by the City Engineer that necessary emergency or corrective work must be done or has to be done to ensure proper stormwater management and sediment control as a result of the landowner's failure to complete or adhere to the approved plan.
