(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as the same is defined, and punishment provided, by applicable Ohio law, as the same may, from time to time be amended. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
