Any existing wells, whether drilled or dug, shall be reported to the City upon a form to be provided by the Health Department. Such registration of wells shall indicate the proposed usage, location, type, depth, and such other information as may be required in the form established for such registration by the City. The purpose of this chapter is for the protection of the City's water supply as indicated in the City's Wellhead Protection Plan.
