912.00   WELL USE AND LIMITATIONS.
   (a)   Water wells shall be permitted within the City for non-domestic purposes only.
   (b)   "Non-domestic purposes" include water used for irrigation purposes, non-contact water or water used for industrial processing.
   (c)   In order to protect the City's well field, water wells are prohibited within the 1-Year Time of Travel Zone as delineated in the Wellhead Protection Plan.
