(a) The VSP shall construct, install, operate and maintain its system within the City in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, construction standards, governmental requirements and Federal Communication Commission technical standards.
(b) The VSP's distribution system, towers, poles, wires, cable, fixtures and appurtenances shall be installed, located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, replaced, removed, repaired, maintained and operated in accordance with good engineering practices. Such equipment shall be placed in the City's right-of-way pursuant to and in accordance with the City's Right-of-Way Policy as set forth in Chapter 907.
