905.12 REMOVAL OF STUMPS.

All stumps of street and City trees shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground. Grinding shall take place no more than 30 days after the tree has been removed. Proper seeding of the disturbed area shall be completed within this same timeframe.
