902.05   INSPECTION OF WORK.
   (a)   All work shall be subject to inspection by the City during construction and upon completion thereof.
   (b)   The City Engineer shall be notified by the permittee before concrete is poured and/or surfacing is applied, and the permittee shall not proceed further with the work until he is authorized to do so by an inspector from the City Engineering Department.
