729.12 RECORDS; FORM OF DRIVER'S LICENSE.

The City Manager shall file and keep a complete record of all drivers' applications, fees paid and licenses issued, with the name and address of each licensee and name and business address of his employer. The license shall be in such form as the City Manager shall prescribe.
