For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meanings given herein. When not inconsistent with the context, words used in the present tense include the future tense, words in the plural number include the singular number, and words in the singular number include the plural number. The word "shall" is always mandatory and not merely directive.
(a) "Person" includes the singular and the plural and means and includes any person, firm, corporation, association, club, partnership, society or any other form of association or organization.
(b) "Sound amplifying equipment" means any machine or device for the amplification of the human voice, music or any other sound and shall include radio receiving sets, musical instruments, phonographs and loud speakers.
