(a) "Junk dealer" means a person or automobile wrecker or buyer of autos or trucks who buys or sells old iron or other metal, bones, papers or other waste or discarded materials which may be treated or prepared so as to be used again in some form.
(b) "Junk shop" means any building where such material described above may be kept, placed or stored.
(c) "Junk yard" means any yard, lot or plot of ground not described by the term "junk shop" that is used for the same or a similar purpose.
