In addition to the criminal penalties found in other sections of this Ordinance, it shall be unlawful and a person commits a misdemeanor if he/she operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business and knows or should know that the business does not have a sexually oriented business permit or has a permit which has expired or which has been suspended or revoked.
