701.19 NUDITY PROHIBITED.

Public nudity, as defined under Section 701.02(e) of this Ordinance is prohibited in sexually oriented businesses. Any sexually oriented business which is found in violation of this Section shall have its permit suspended pursuant to the provisions of Section 701.10 in addition to any other penalty provided by law.
