701.12 JUDICIAL REVIEW OF PERMIT DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.

An applicant or permittee may seek review of a denial of an application, denial of a renewal of an application, suspension or revocation of a permit in the Shelby County Court of Common Pleas pursuant to Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code.
