549.11 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.

(a) No person shall discharge any air gun, rifle, shotgun, revolver, pistol or other firearm within the corporation limits of the Municipality except:

(1) At a Municipal-owned firing range.

(2) In self defense.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
