539.02 PARKING WITHOUT PERMISSION WHEN BUSINESS IS CLOSED.

No person shall enter, stand, walk upon, drive, or leave a motor vehicle parked, whether attended or unattended, upon the public portions of a parking lot without the consent of the owner or operator or the agent of either, when the place of business on or adjacent to the parking lot is closed to the public.
