531.10 STOPPING AND TESTING OF MOTOR VEHICLES BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

A law enforcement officer shall, in addition to any other authority vested in him or her, have the power to stop and test any motor vehicle or motorcycle operated on a public right-of-way or public space, reasonably suspected of violating any provision of this chapter, and to issue a notice of violation.
