515.07 VIOLATIONS AND REMEDY.

The remedy set forth in this chapter shall be the exclusive remedy for violations of this chapter, specifically under Section 515.03(a) through (i), and Section 101.99 of the Codified Ordinances shall not apply to violations of Chapter 515, with the exception of Section 515.03(j), (k) and (l).
