(a) Any minor found violating Section 509.09 shall be guilty of committing a curfew violation and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
(b) Any parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, custody or supervision of a minor who has violated Section 509.09 more than once has therefore violated Section 509.11(a) and shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
(c) Whoever violates Section 509.11(b) or 509.12 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
