505.14 KEEPING CERTAIN FARM ANIMALS PROHIBITED; FAIRGROUNDS EXCEPTION.

(a) No person shall keep or harbor any horses, cattle, sheep, ponies, mules, goats, pigs, hogs, or chickens in the City, except at the Shelby County Fairgrounds.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
