(a) The hunting of animals or fowl within the Municipality is prohibited. No person shall hunt, kill or attempt to kill any animal or fowl by the use of firearm, or any other means within the Municipality, except in self-defense or except officers of the State, City or County who have been duly authorized to do so.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
