No person shall operate a low-speed vehicle, mini-truck, under-speed vehicle or utility vehicle upon any street or highway within the corporate limits of Sidney, Ohio:
(a) Having an established speed limit greater than 35 miles per hour;
(b) Upon any interstate highway, state highway limited access highway; or,
(c) Except as otherwise provided for herein on any of the following streets: Campbell Road; Court Street; Fair Road; Fourth Avenue; the 900 block of North Main Avenue, southward; Michigan Street; North Street; Ohio Avenue; Riverside Drive; Russell Road west of 402 East Russell Road; St. Marys Avenue; Vandemark Road; and, Wapakoneta Avenue. Such vehicles are permitted to be operated on the afore-mentioned streets only if used while in the direct performance of commercial, industrial, agricultural, school or municipal/governmental purpose and for no other purpose.
