315.10 INTOXICATION.

(a) No pedestrian who is under the influence of alcohol, any drug of abuse, or any combination of them, to a degree that renders a pedestrian a hazard, shall walk or be upon a highway.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
