143.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to Section 143.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day's continued violation is a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 143.09 or Section 143.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.

(c) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any section other than Sections 143.04, 143.09 or 143.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
