Twenty-five percent (25%) of all funds received from the tax levied in Section 143.02(b) shall be accounted for and known as the Convention & Visitors Bureau Fund and, when appropriated by the City Council, shall be spent solely to make contributions to the Sidney Convention and Visitors Bureau.
(b) Twenty-five percent (25%) of all funds received from the tax levied in Section 143.02(b) shall be accounted for in the General Fund and, when appropriated by the City may be used for activities, programs and projects, which would enhance the City's appeal to visitors, tourists and residents as deemed appropriate by the City Manager.
(c) Fifty percent (50%) of all funds received from the tax levied in Section 143.02(b) shall be accounted for in the General Fund and, when appropriated by the City may be used to provide funding for activities and grants to organizations that meet the Grant Eligibility Criteria.
