143.11 LODGING TAX FUND.

Fifty percent (50%) of all funds received from the tax levied in Section 143.02(b) shall be accounted for and known as the Lodging Tax Fund and, when appropriated by the City Council, shall be spent solely to make contributions to the Sidney Convention and Visitors Bureau.
