(a) Employees covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements shall be subject to all provisions of this chapter, unless the terms of such Agreements are in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Municipal Court employees shall be exempt from all provisions of this chapter, unless specifically included.
(c) The City Manager, City Clerk and Law Director shall be subject to all provisions of this chapter, unless the terms of the individual employment agreements are in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
