129.05 EXPENDITURES AT OR EXCEEDING FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS.

Purchases or contracts involving an expenditure at or exceeding fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) shall be made only after advertisement and the receipt of sealed bids. The purchase shall be made only from the vendor submitting the lowest and best bid.
