125.04 SCHEDULE OF FEES TO BE TAXED AS COSTS IN COURT FOR PERFORMANCE OF DUTIES BY POLICE OFFICERS.

The Clerk of the Municipal Court is hereby authorized and directed to establish a schedule of fees to be taxed as costs in any civil, criminal, or traffic action in the Municipal Court for the performance of certain duties by officers of the Police Department at the same rate as is specified in Ohio R.C. 311.17, as amended.
