(a) There is hereby created the position of Sidney Municipal Court Probation Officer.
(b) The salary for the position is hereby established at three thousand dollars ($3,000) per year.
(c) This position shall be a part-time position requiring less than twenty hours per week and shall not be entitled to any fringe benefits.
