All references in the City Codified Ordinances or other Ordinances of the City establishing duties, obligations or responsibilities upon the Director of Community Services are hereby assigned either to the Public Works Director or the Transportation/Contract Administration Director as such duty, obligation or responsibility relates to a department, division, or section, which either the Public Works Director or the Transportation/Contract Administration Director manages.
