119.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

Under provisions of Ohio Revised Code Section 755.14, a Recreation Board is hereby established, to be composed as provided in Ohio Revised Code Section 755.14, and to have such powers and duties as provided in Ohio Revised Code Sections 755.12 through 755.18.
