107.02   CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   The City Clerk shall attend all regularly scheduled meetings of Council and all special meetings. He shall write the minutes of Council, authenticate all ordinances and resolutions passed by Council, record al ordinances and resolutions, cause to be published all ordinances and resolutions as required by law to be published, and certify as to the publication of ordinances. In addition to the foregoing, he shall perform al other duties required by law.
