The Fourth Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
All of the incorporated area in the City situated south and west of a line that commences at the intersection of the centerline of Poplar Street and Ohio Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Ohio Avenue to the intersection with Lane Street, thence east with the centerline of Lane Street to the intersection with Main Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Main Avenue to the intersection of Canal Street, thence east with the centerline of Canal Street to the intersection with Miami Avenue, thence south with the centerline of Miami Avenue to the intersection with Lane Street, thence east with the centerline of Lane Street to the east terminus of Lane Street, thence south with the west boundary of the Julia Lamb Park track extended to the intersection with North Street, thence east with the centerline of North Street to the center of the Great Miami River, thence south with the center of the Great Miami River to the intersection with Court Street, thence east with the centerline of Court Street to the intersection with River Avenue, thence north with the centerline of River Avenue to the intersection with Poplar Street, thence west with the centerline of Poplar Street to the intersection with Miami Avenue, thence south with the centerline of Miami Avenue to the intersection with South County Road 25-A (also known as Main Avenue), thence south with the centerline of South County Road 25-A (Main Avenue); and situated south of the intersection of Poplar Street and Ohio Avenue thence west with the centerline of Poplar Street to the intersection with the CSX rail spur track, thence west with the centerline of the CSX rail spur track to the intersection with the CXS east-west main line railroad track, thence west with the CSX east-west main line.
