The Third Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
All of the incorporated area in the City situated north of a line that commences at the intersection of the centerline of Poplar Street and Ohio Avenue, thence west with the centerline of Poplar Street to the intersection with the CSX rail spur track, thence west with the centerline of the CSX rail spur track to the intersection with the CXS east-west main line railroad track, thence west with the CSX east-west main line; and situated west of the intersection of the centerline of Poplar Street and Ohio Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Ohio Avenue to the intersection with Beech Street, thence west with the centerline of Beech Street to the intersection with West Avenue, thence north with the centerline of West Avenue, thence north with the centerline of West Avenue to the intersection with the second east-west alley north of the intersection with Maple Street, thence north-west with the centerline of the alley to the intersection with Saint Mary's Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Saint Mary's Avenue to the intersection with the north- south CSX railroad main line track, thence north with the centerline of the CSX main line.
