The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:
All of the incorporated area in the City situated east of a line that commences at the intersection of the centerline of Beech Street and West Avenue, thence north with the centerline of West Avenue to the intersection with the second east-west alley north of the intersection with Maple Street, thence northwest with the centerline of the alley to the intersection with Saint Mary's Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Saint Mary's Avenue to the intersection with the north-south CSX railroad main line track, thence north with the centerline of the CSX main line; and situated north of a line that commences at the intersection of the centerline of Beech Street and West Avenue, thence east with the centerline of Beech Street to the intersection with Ohio Avenue, thence south with the centerline of Ohio Avenue to the intersection with Lane Street, thence east with the centerline of Lane Street to the intersection with Main Avenue, thence north with the centerline of Main Avenue to the intersection of Canal Street, thence east with the centerline of Canal Street to the intersection with Miami Avenue, thence south with the centerline of Miami Avenue to the intersection with Lane Street, thence east with the centerline of Lane Street to the east terminus of Lane Street, thence south with the west boundary of the Julia Lamb Park track extended to the intersection with North Street, thence east with the centerline of North Street to the center of the Great Miami River; and situated west of a line that commences at the intersection of North Street and the Great Miami River, thence north with the center of the Great Miami River to the centerline of Broadway Avenue extended, thence north with the centerline of Broadway Avenue.
