103.03 DESIGNATION OF STREETS.

All rights of way and thoroughfares in the City presently in existence, or hereafter established, shall be named and designated in the following manner:

	Long	Short (Less than 1,000 feet)
General Direction
North and South
(Within twenty degrees east or west of true north)	Avenue	Court
East and West
(Within twenty degrees north or south of true east)	Street	Place
Diagonal	Road	Way
Curving	Drive	Lane
