(a) All full-time and part-time employees of the City shall be covered by a blanket position performance bond in the amount of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500), except as provided in subsection (b) hereof.
(b) The following officers and employees shall be bonded in the amounts hereinafter set forth:
City Manager $15,000
Finance Officer 50,000
Municipal Court Clerk 6,000
